Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Special Events Coordinator to oversee all property events from concept to execution, including large-scale events and private functions. You will manage entertainment contracts, payments, media calendars and event worksheets.

The role requires detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in promotions, special events or public relations required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be well groomed, organized and detail oriented.
• Must work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with budgets and promotional campaigns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, from conception to completion, all property events ranging from large special events to small private events.
• Facilitate entertainment contracts/payments, media calendars and event worksheets.
• Coordinate with operating departments to ensure timely event execution and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of files, records and lists.
