Duties and Expectations
- Guest Relations: Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile.
- Name Use: Use the guests' names whenever possible, ensuring they feel properly welcomed.

- Recovery: Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.

SECTION TWO: Sales + Service Coordinator Role
The Sales + Service Coordinator plays a vital role in our sales team, connecting meaningfully with clients and contributing to their satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to group inquiries and requests.
- Manage group bookings in hotel systems.
- Show rooms and give tours to walk-in clients.
- Create and distribute flyers for events.
- Oversee group blocks and rooming lists, ensuring accuracy.
- Handle billing, payments, and related tasks.
- Prepare reports for revenue and sales teams.
- Assist with meeting room scheduling and service.
- Order and manage sales amenities and supplies.
- Provide support and sales insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SECTION THREE: Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications

Language & Reasoning Skills
Must be able to:
- Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

- Speak effectively in English before groups.
- Interpret business records and reports.
