Duties and Expectations
  • Guest Relations: Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile.
  • Name Use: Use the guests' names whenever possible, ensuring they feel properly welcomed.

The Sales + Service Coordinator plays a vital role in our sales team, connecting meaningfully with clients and contributing to their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to group inquiries and requests.
  • Manage group bookings in hotel systems.
  • Show rooms and give tours to walk-in clients.
  • Create and distribute flyers for events.
  • Oversee group blocks and rooming lists, ensuring accuracy.
  • Handle billing, payments, and related tasks.
  • Prepare reports for revenue and sales teams.
  • Assist with meeting room scheduling and service.
  • Order and manage sales amenities and supplies.
  • Provide support and sales insights.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
SECTION THREE: Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications
