Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort in Shelton, CT is seeking a Sales and Catering Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Catering team, coordinating event details, contracts, BEOs, and client communication to ensure seamless group events and revenue growth.

You will liaise with Banquets, Culinary, Hotel Operations, and other departments, manage client data and billing in sales systems, and deliver exceptional guest service while upholding our standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Event Management, Hotel Management.
• 3–5 years in hospitality, catering, or event sales.
• Experience coordinating events with clients, vendors, and departments.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining event contracts and BEOs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, banquets, weddings, and events.
• Prepare, update, and distribute BEOs, contracts, and related docs.
• Enter client, event, and billing data in sales systems.
• Communicate event details to internal departments (Banquets, Culinary, Hotel Ops).
• Provide on-site event support and issue resolution.
