Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort in Washington state seeks an Entertainment & Events Coordinator to support the Entertainment & Events Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing entertainment and non-gaming events that drive guest visitation and revenue.

You will handle scheduling, artist hospitality, ticketing operations, logistics, and on-site support, collaborating with internal departments, vendors, and partners in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience in event coordination or related field.
• Experience in casino, resort, or live entertainment preferred.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, artists, or agents preferred.
• Experience with ticketing platforms and event management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute entertainment and non-gaming events.
• Coordinate vendor, artist, and production partner relationships.
• Manage ticketing operations, on-site hospitality, and day-of-show logistics.
• Prepare and reconcile event budgets and reports.
• Ensure timely communication across departments and with stakeholders.
• Provide on-site support during events and assist guests and performers.
