Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking an Entertainment & Events Coordinator to assist the Entertainment & Events Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing entertainment and non-gaming events that delight guests and strengthen the resort brand. You will handle vendor coordination, ticketing, logistics, hospitality, reporting, and day-of-show execution.

You’ll work with artists, agents, production partners, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate results in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of event coordination, entertainment, or related experience.
• Experience in casino, resort, or live events preferred.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, artists and external partners preferred.
• Experience with ticketing platforms and event management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Entertainment & Events Manager in planning, coordination, execution, and post-event evaluation.
• Coordinates assigned event responsibilities and follows timelines for successful execution.
• Assists with artist hospitality riders and event requirements.
• Serves as a secondary contact for entertainment vendors, agents and production partners.
• Coordinates event logistics including transportation, lodging, and hospitality.
• Maintains event collateral and coordinates with internal partners on marketing assets.
• Supports on-site operations, including signage, dressing rooms, and production office setup.
• Tracks event expenses and assists with budget monitoring and reconciliation.
• Captures engaging moments for social media and archival purposes.
• Maintains organized records of contracts, invoices and reports.
