Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from intake through execution, ensuring deadlines, approvals, and deliverables are met.
• Manage and maintain the marketing calendar across campaigns, events and promotions
• Route creative requests and ensure proper communication between marketing, design, database and vendors
• Track project status and identify potential delays or gaps in execution
• Support execution of promotions, events and initiatives across the property
• Coordinate logistics including materials, signage and internal communications
• Provide on-site event support (setup, coordination, guest engagement)
• Ensure materials are properly distributed and displayed for promotions and events
• Coordinate campaign elements across teams to ensure alignment
• Support database and marketing teams with campaign setup and execution
• Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external vendors
• Assist with documentation, compliance, and communication of promotional rules and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold LCCR’s guest service standards
• Perform other duties to support marketing goals
• Implement LCCR’s 7 Waterways of best guest practices
• Build emotional intelligence in workplace interactions
