Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours; able to lift over 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate all events with a timeline to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory of catering supplies on and off site.
• Manage staffing schedules and labor costs.
• Welcome all guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Assist sales coordinator as needed.
• Oversee and assist in set up and breakdown of events.
• Sanitation and cleaning.
• Maintain a high professional demeanor.
