  • Assist with updating catering materials, presentations, and internal resources.

Job Summary

The Catering & Private Events Intern provides hands‑on support to the Catering & Private Events team in planning, organizing, and executing events across New Holland retail locations. This role offers practical experience in hospitality, event coordination, and business operations while contributing to the accuracy, organization, and success of event execution.

  • Support event planning and coordination from inquiry through execution through clear communication with guests and potential guests, written and verbal, ensuring details areaccurateand up to date.
  • Assistwithmaintainingevent documentation, including contracts, menus, timelines, and communication records.
  • Provide onsite event support to help ensure smooth execution and positive guest experiences.
  • Helpmaintainand organize catering materials, SOPs, and internal tools in partnership with the Catering & Private Events team.
