Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking an Event Coordinator to support its Sales department at E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami, coordinating group meetings and events from booking to execution. You will act as the primary contact for clients and ensure flawless event delivery with Department Heads and vendors.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience in planning food and beverage events, AV, and creating detailed event documents.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM or sales and catering software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and service group meetings and events from booking through execution.
• Prepare group resumes and event documentation for hotel departments.
• Create and update Banquet Event Orders with agenda, menu, setup and billing.
• Assist in planning food and beverage events, including menu selection and AV needs.
• Attend meetings and ensure events run according to the BEO and scope.
