Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in media, communications, technical or related field required.
• Two years of relevant work experience in conferencing, live production or events management.
• Experience with AV equipment setups, and digital/analog audio mixing and equalization.
• Knowledge of multimedia presentation systems and video distribution.
• Familiarity with video conferencing codecs, cameras, and PowerPoint usage.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and service owner for AV services for assigned events.
• Set up, configure, and operate AV equipment; test and monitor during events.
• Collaborate with team and freelancers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Mentor and supervise student technology assistants and temporary staff.
• Maintain inventory and document work in systems like ServiceNow.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging AV technologies and best practices.
