Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an Event Analyst in Chicago to support event operations from intake through execution. The role focuses on managing requests, coordinating schedules, and delivering analytics that drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in event management, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with Google Workspace. Salesforce and data analytics experience are preferred assets for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event management, event operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace tools, including Sheets and Calendar.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage event requests, ticket triage, and meeting scheduling through Salesforce.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools.
• Analyze event, survey, and space utilization data to identify trends and process improvements.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor relationships, catering, AV, and facility services.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ticketing and reporting systems.
• Maintain training materials, documentation, and operational playbooks.
• Support internal events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
