This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in operations or data analysis, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with relational databases preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze operational data from local offices to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support leadership decision‑making.
• Prepare monthly performance summaries and trend analyses for leadership review.
• Support forecasting for staffing and resource allocation based on data and needs.
• Collaborate with centralized services and local offices to implement improvements.
