Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a guest-focused team member for event operations. Under the Entertainment Operations Manager, you will greet guests, scan tickets, and guide attendees to their seats while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience throughout events.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of customer service experience. The role involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and staying attentive in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests for events and scan tickets or escort to seats.
• Maintain knowledge of seat locations, concessions, restrooms, and merchandising.
• Acknowledge guest issues and report to supervisor.
• Enforce all policies; keep work area clean, safe and healthy.
