Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests at events, scan tickets, and escort attendees to their seats. You will address guest inquiries, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a positive event experience in a busy casino environment.

Applicants should have a High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of customer service experience. The role may involve standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Entertainment Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for greeting all guests for any events. Duties include, but not limited to:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Continually exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience
• Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL
• Greet guests and scan tickets and / or escorts guests to their proper assigned seats
• Acknowledges all guest related issues and reports to Supervisor
• Maintains a clean, safe, & healthy work environment while enforcing all of HRL policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred along with 1 - 2 years of customer service experience.
