Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; climb stairs; lift 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Scan and validate tickets at venue entrances.
• Direct guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, exits, and other locations.
• Verify tickets and credentials for access to designated areas.
• Assist guests with accessibility needs and provide directions.
