Job summary

Qualifications

• High school Diploma / GED required.
• Experience in crowd control or event staffing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take tickets at entrance and verify event tickets.
• Seat guests according to seating/ticket numbers and assist with questions.
• Monitor door entrances/exits to prevent unauthorized access.
• Provide ADA assistance for guests with disabilities (seating, entry, exit).
• Patrol Front of House areas ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Report incidents and safety concerns to Event Supervisor.
