Job summary

Legends & ASM Global in North Charleston, SC is seeking part-time Usher/Ticket Taker and Ramp Guard staff to join our Guest Services team. You will take tickets at entrances, seat guests, and assist with questions while ensuring safety and ADA compliance.

You’ll monitor entrances, assist with disabled guests, and maintain a safe Front of House area. Ramp guard duties require monitoring access to ramps and coordinating with the Lobby Supervisor during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take tickets at the entrance of the facilities.
• Seat guests according to ticket numbers and assist guests with questions or concerns.
• Monitor door entrances and exits, keeping unauthorized persons out of restricted areas.
• Handle all needs for guests with disabilities including ticketing, entrance/ exiting, seating and ADA compliance.
• Maintain Front of House area of the facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe and secure.
