Job summary

Transportation Management Services Inc. (TMS) is seeking a Transportation Tour Assistant for a temporary onsite position in Denver, CO. The role supports tour groups and Dine Around escorts, coordinating with hosts and ensuring timely departures from the Sheraton Denver Downtown.

The position requires professional demeanor, reliability, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include guiding guests, loading passengers, and maintaining clear communication with event hosts throughout

Qualifications

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Demonstrate ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions.
Hospitality experience is preferred.
Be proficient in using cell phones and/or two-way radios for communication.
Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Remain dependable, punctual, and attentive throughout the event.

Responsibilities

Monitoring travel times and communicating with the designated hostess to provide updates on the group's estimated arrival time.
Escorts must also contact the hostess when the group is in close proximity to the destination.
Timely communication is critical to the success of this role, and escorts must remain attentive to schedules and updates throughout the evening.
