Job summary

Encore is seeking a Sales Associate to qualify leads and manage the Event Technology Sales process for events of all sizes, with a focus on those under $5K in revenue. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize efficiencies, and drive revenue per opportunity across multiple channels.

The role includes lead importing, order entry, opportunity management, and follow-up, based at the Schiller Park, IL headquarters, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, Customer Support.

Qualifications

• BS/BA preferred or 1+ years of sales/event experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and proficiency with computer software and programs.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and manage the Event Technology Sales process.
• Sell smaller events e.g. BEO bookings, exhibitors, ICW events.
• Direct qualified leads to EventNow and support online customer experience.
