Job summary

Encore’s Sales Associate role focuses on qualifying leads and managing the event technology sales process for events of all sizes, with emphasis on events under $5K in revenue. You will deliver an excellent customer experience and support lead imports, order entry, opportunity management, and follow-up from our Schiller Park, IL corporate headquarters.

You will work with other Sales Associates as a cohesive team and report to the Regional Sales Director, Customer Support.

Qualifications

• BS/BA preferred or 1+ years in sales/events.
• Experience in technology, sales, hospitality, or event planning is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and manage the event technology sales process.
• Sell smaller events and direct qualified leads to EventNow.
• Maintain accurate CRM and respond to customer requests.
• Support lead imports, order entry, and follow-up with customers.
