Job summary

CrowdSync Technology LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Brooklyn, NY to manage LED wristband activations, logistics, and production coordination. This in-office role requires travel and close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

You will coordinate timelines, maintain inventories, and support post-event reconciliation to ensure flawless activations for sports, entertainment, and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, event production, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Event Operations & Project Coordination.
• Coordinate logistics for LED wristband activations across corporate, sports, entertainment, and live event clients.
• Support project planning from contract execution through event completion.
• Participate in client calls to discuss technical requirements and execution plans.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, activation schedules, and checklists.
• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines across stakeholders.
• Inventory & Logistics Management: manage inventory levels for LED wristbands and accessories.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving for domestic and international events.
• Maintain inventory records and reconciliation reports.
• Oversee product returns and asset tracking.
• Work with warehouses and fulfillment partners for timely deliveries.
• Production & Manufacturing: coordinate production schedules; assist with purchasing; monitor forecasts; maintain documentation.
