We’re looking for a Dallas-based freelance Production Operator to help bring these experiences to life. You’ll work directly with professional sports teams and venue staff, lead installations and teardowns, manage labor crews, and support LED wristband activations and our new Arena CrowdFlare lighting systems. This role includes local work, travel throughout Texas, and regional travel.

What you’ll do

• Lead equipment installation, setup, testing, and teardown at arenas, stadiums, and event venues.
• Coordinate and direct on-site labor crews, keeping work organized and on schedule.
• Oversee LED wristband distribution, including crew assignments and venue coordination.
• Install and support Arena CrowdFlare lighting systems.
• Serve as a professional, client-facing contact for team representatives, venue staff, and production partners.
• Troubleshoot equipment and lighting issues before and during events.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on live event production experience; sports and arena experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of DMX lighting, signal flow, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Confidence leading crews and communicating directly with clients.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to handle the physical work of installs and teardowns.
• Based in Dallas–Fort Worth, with availability for nights, weekends, and travel throughout Texas and regionally.
