The Miami Dolphins are seeking an Event Systems Lead for on-site support at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. You will own POS hardware/software, access control systems and related devices to ensure smooth game days and events.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in event IT support, strong networking/WIN OS knowledge, and experience coordinating with vendors. This role requires on-site presence and a proactive, documented approach to systems maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with 5+ years of event support/IT experience.
• Experience with POS and access control systems; familiarity with PCI compliant practices.
• Strong communication and written skills; ability to coordinate with vendors and partners.

Responsibilities
