F1 Miami Grand Prix in Miami Gardens, FL seeks a Manager of Stadium Security to lead security operations for the Hard Rock Stadium campus and South Florida Motorsports events. You will support advance planning, vendor oversight, and site management protocols while partnering with public safety agencies and security providers to protect guests and staff.

The role requires experience in event operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

Summary

The Manager, Stadium Security is responsible for supporting the development, planning, and execution of security operations for South Florida Motorsports, including the Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix, Precision Drive Club, and other Miami International Autodrome (MIA) events, while also supporting security initiatives across the Hard Rock Stadium campus. This position requires proficiency in event operations, vendor oversight, and the implementation of site management protocols. The role partners with internal stakeholders, public safety agencies, and security service providers to ensure the safety and security of guests, participants, and employees while protecting critical assets. The ideal candidate will be able to think big picture while maintaining a strong attention to detail, be comfortable working with leadership, and work well in an ever-changing environment.

• This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities
