• Process and evaluate incoming incident reports via 24/7 Software and respond using appropriate communication and dispatch procedures.
• Adhere to ad hoc requests from management.

Command Center and Base Event Day Staff (Part-Time)

Summary

The Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium are looking for Command Center and Base Event Day Staff to work events at Hard Rock Stadium including Miami Dolphins games, the Miami Open, the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix, University of Miami Hurricanes games, concerts, soccer matches, and more. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with management staff, police officers and other on-site emergency departments. This critical role collaborates with stadium security, guest experience, and stadium operations to facilitate plans-of-action for emergency and non-emergency incidents during events in order to maintain the safety and security of our facility.

Location

• This is a part-time/hourly position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. This position pays $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with security policies, procedures, and practices is a plus.
