Job summary

TeamPeople, a division of System One, seeks an experienced events and multimedia operations professional to provide leadership for our client’s multi-media systems. You will troubleshoot equipment, manage on-site and off-site events, and supervise teams ensuring top-tier service for executives and high-profile occasions.

Qualifications

• High level technical and administrative skills required for multi-media/AV/videoconference operations.
• Must be self-driven, results-oriented with a focus on high quality customer service.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with executives and dignitaries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance for on/off-campus events.
• Coordinate internal/external major events, including videoconferencing and audience response systems.
• Provide training and mentorship to event support team members and manage resource scheduling.
