Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks an experienced Audio-Visual Support Concierge Team Lead to oversee daily AV operations, provide executive-level event support, and lead a high-performing team. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure seamless meeting experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in enterprise AV, at least 2 years leading teams, and familiarity with Crestron, Cisco, Zoom, and collaboration platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise AV technologies.
• 2+ years leading technical support teams, operations, or service delivery.
• Experience supporting executive leadership, high-profile meetings, and live events.
• CTS or Teams Rooms Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV Support Concierge team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Oversee conference rooms and collaboration tech health checks.
• Coordinate pre-meeting AV checks for executive meetings and events.
• Troubleshoot, upgrade, and replace AV hardware with minimal disruption.
• Maintain inventory and documentation and ensure asset tracking.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver tailored AV solutions and drive improvements.
