Job summary

TeamPeople is seeking an experienced multimedia operations specialist to provide technical support and leadership for our client’s multimedia systems and events. You will handle equipment setup, on-site and off-site event support, and manage video/audio operations for high-level corporate communications.

The role requires strong customer service, problem solving, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED and nine (9) years of professional employment experience in daily operations within a multi-media or audiovisual/videoconference facility.
  • An Associate's degree with seven (7) years of professional employment in daily operations within a multi-media support facility; OR, a Bachelor's degree in Media and/or Business Communications or a related field and five (5) years of professional employment experience in daily operations within a multi-media support facility preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support and leadership for multi-media systems and customers.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and support on-site and off-site events, audio/video systems, and videoconferencing.
  • Live and post video production services and on-call support for video-on-demand.
  • Plan and coordinate major events including training and mentorship of staff.
  • Stay current with emerging presentation technologies and complete mandatory training requirements.
