Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend daily stand-up meetings and coordinate with client.
• Ensure LAZ internal stand-ups are held each shift.
• Ensure staff follow conduct, policies and procedures.
• Address customer or client concerns promptly and effectively.
• Communicate challenges to Location Management and resolve issues.
