Allied Universal is hiring Event Staff to support ticketing, ushering, guest services and crowd management at sports venues and events. The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, parking lot directions, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with weekly pay, paid training, and flexible schedules (part-time or full-time). Candidates must pass background checks and drug testing, with potential travel/venue requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and post‑offer drug/alcohol test; may include Driver’s Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct entry to venues, may collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct guest traffic.
• Provide guests with directions and friendly assistance to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of designated areas.
