Allied Universal® Event Services is seeking Event Staff for part-time roles at venues such as stadiums, concerts and conventions. You will welcome guests, usher them, check tickets, and help maintain a safe, friendly environment during events.

Applicants should be at least 18, hold a high school diploma, and be able to pass background and drug screenings. Strong communication and a professional appearance are essential, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test and may be required to pass a Driver’s Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs entry, may collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic.
• Understands venue policies and regulations of different venues, facilities and events.
• Greets guests warmly and thanks them as they depart.
• Provides guests with helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their experience.
• Interact with guests with a smile and friendly tone.
