Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is seeking energetic Event Staff to welcome guests, check tickets, and guide attendees at sports stadiums, concerts, and conventions. Starting pay is $18/hour with weekly pay and flexible part-time hours under 30 hours per week, plus training opportunities.

No prior experience is required; join a team focused on safety, guest satisfaction, and a dynamic event environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test; Driver’s Record check may be required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs entry, scans tickets, verifies wristbands and badges, and directs traffic.
• Demonstrates understanding of policies and regulations of venues, facilities and events.
• Greets guests warmly and thanks them as they depart.
• Provides guests with directions or suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
• Maintains a friendly, professional tone in all guest interactions.
