Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring Event Staff to support venues such as sports stadiums, concerts, festivals, and convention centers. The role focuses on collecting tickets, welcoming and ushering guests, and providing superior customer service while directing foot traffic and maintaining clean, safe spaces.

This is a part-time position with flexible schedules designed for students, retirees, and others seeking a dynamic, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct traffic and manage guest flow including ticketing and ushering.
• Provide friendly, informed guest assistance to enhance entertainment experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, operational efficiency and venue safety at designated areas.
• Demonstrate understanding of policies and procedures for different venues and events.
