We are looking for an experienced Event Specialist to support the planning and execution of conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and custom events. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality event experiences that align with business goals and brand standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and custom events from start to finish
• Manage event logistics including registrations, venue research, vendor coordination, and shipping of materials
• Coordinate booth setup, hotel arrangements, sponsorship deliverables, and promotional materials
• Support webinar programs by managing registrations, promotional schedules, and logistics
• Prepare event materials such as signage, name badges, shipping inventories, and packing lists
• Track and report on event performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Contribute creative ideas and insights during planning sessions and post‑event reviews
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure cohesive event execution

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, conferences, or tradeshows
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with event management tools, webinar platforms, or CRM systems is a plus

Travel Requirements
