Job summary

Collectors is seeking a PSA Show Lead / Collectors Concierge Lead to manage concierge team at drop-off events, shows and Walk-In Wednesdays at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters. You will lead staff travel, booth setup, and safety at events while delivering exceptional customer care.

You will report to the Director of Customer Experience and work onsite five days per week with 40%+ travel. Driver’s license required; passport a plus. This role requires strong leadership and event coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concierge representatives at shows and events.
• Train staff on receiving and processing submissions at events.
• Coordinate booth and travel needs with travel coordinator and show promoter.
• Ensure accurate manifesting, packing and shipping of collectibles.
• Resolve escalated customer issues in person, phone, email, or social media.
