Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Set Up/Tear Down Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the event setup and teardown teams at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. You will coordinate with departments to meet event requirements and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory or operational experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years custodial or operational experience preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Operations staff assigned to event setups, teardowns, custodial services, and facility support.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Coordinate venue setups based on event orders, diagrams, and equipment requirements.
• Oversee cleaning operations before, during, and after events; ensure safe, clean facilities.
• Enforce safety policies, SDS compliance, and proper chemical handling.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and maintained; submit maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure seamless event execution; adjust staffing as needed.
