Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years custodial/operational experience preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Operations staff for event setups, teardowns, custodial, and facility support.
• Plan and assign work to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule.
• Coordinate venue setups based on event orders, diagrams, and equipment requirements.
• Oversee cleaning operations during events and facility upkeep.
• Enforce safety policies and SDS compliance.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and maintained.
• Submit maintenance work orders for repairs.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Adjust staffing and priorities as events change.
• Assist with facility maintenance and other operational projects.
• Perform hands-on duties with the team when needed.
