Entertainment Travel Associates in Scottsdale is seeking a reliable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces and ensure activities run smoothly. You will arrange tables, chairs, displays, and promotional materials, and assist with loading, unloading, and breakdown.

Training will be provided, and you'll gain practical experience in event coordination within a collaborative team. We value attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment;

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to instructions.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Ability to complete practical tasks and assist with lifting or moving event materials when needed.

• Previous event setup or related experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces according to setup instructions and schedules.
• Arrange tables, chairs, displays, signage, and promotional materials as needed.
• Check that event areas are clean, organized, and presentable before activities begin.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing event supplies.
• Support breakdown and cleanup after events conclude.
• Communicate with team members to ensure setup tasks are completed on time.
• Identify missing materials or setup concerns and report them to the appropriate person.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling equipment and supplies.
