Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces according to instructions and event requirements.
• Arrange tables, displays, signage, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Check that event materials are organized and ready before activities begin.
• Assist with moving and positioning event equipment and supplies safely.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and presentable event areas.
• Help dismantle displays and organize materials after events.
• Communicate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule.
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions throughout event preparation and breakdown.
