Job summary

Talent Haven HR is seeking energetic Event Staff to deliver engaging experiences at promotional events and brand activities in Charlotte, NC. Entry-level applicants are welcome; full training will be provided to learn procedures and responsibilities.

Responsibilities include setup, material arrangement, attendee welcome, and supporting activations. You will work with a collaborative team, maintain a neat area, and represent clients professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude and be a strong team player.
• Friendly and approachable when interacting with the public.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to instructions.
• Able to stay organized in busy event environments.
• Willing to assist with setup and hands-on tasks.
• Prior event/hospitality/retail experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown.
• Arrange promotional materials, displays, and supplies according to event requirements.
• Welcome attendees and provide general event information.
• Support brand activations and promotional activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and presentable event area.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and explain relevant offers.
• Coordinate with team members to keep event activities running smoothly.
• Follow event instructions and represent clients in a professional manner.
