Job summary

Biltmore is seeking hands-on Special Events Crew for Asheville, NC. The role supports setup and breakdown of illumination, concerts, and exhibitions, handling equipment delivery, testing, and maintenance while delivering world-class guest service.

Candidates should be able to lift, move equipment, and operate forklifts and lifts safely. Ideal applicants have 1+ year in event setup, stellar communication, and the ability to follow directions from work orders, emails, or calls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year experience with event/exhibit setup and illumination preferred.
• Commitment to world-class guest service.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and breakdown of events such as illumination, concerts, and exhibitions.
• Operate box trucks safely and follow workorders/directions.
• Setup rental equipment and verify quality on arrival.
• Rigging up to 25 lbs and power wiring up to 20 amps.
• Safely operate forklift and lifts as required.
