Job summary

Biltmore is seeking an Event Work Crew lead to manage activities across high-trained areas such as tent installation, deliveries, power/lighting, warehouse coordination, and exhibition staff. You will report to the Event Supervisor and coordinate weekly orders with minimal supervision, including loading/unloading trucks and maintaining exceptional workspace and equipment.

Schedule typically runs 6:30am–5pm with some evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• At least two years of related experience in event settings preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic math skills a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan upcoming event needs with EL and/or SES Supervisor.
• Maintain event inventory control (both delivered and returned).
• Ensure inventory is in good condition and available for rental; follow safety procedures.
