Job summary

The Biltmore Company in Reserve, LA is seeking a part-time Event Crew II to support event setup, strike, and on-site logistics. You will drive company vehicles for delivery and pickup of rental items, load/unload gear, and assist with lighting and stage setup to meet diagrams.

Applicants should have solid communication, safety awareness, and the ability to work under instruction in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
• At least one year of prior experience in event setup or logistics preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 19 years of age.
• Excellent attention to detail with focus on safety and service quality.
• Able to take direction and execute instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and strike per instructions.
• Load and unload tables, chairs, and other rental items.
• Operate a box truck and pull a trailer as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional service to internal/external guests.
• Support driving tasks and delivery/pickup of smaller items.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety guidelines.
