Cunningham Restaurant Group in Fishers, IN is seeking an Event Logistics Coordinator to manage setup, transport, and teardown for private events and banquets. You will work with the banquet team, ensure timely delivery of equipment, and maintain clean, organized event spaces.

This hands-on role requires physical stamina (lift up to 50 lbs), flexibility to work nights and weekends, and a collaborative mindset to uphold CRG standards of service and presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid, up-to-date driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel for offsite events.
• Prior experience with events, catering, or physical setup preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Teardown: Pack and load equipment, arrange tables and décor, ensure area is ready before guests arrive, store equipment after events.
• Event Support: Deliver food and supplies, clear dishes, reset tables, and maintain a clean event space.
• Coordination & Communication: Work with Banquet Captain, follow timelines, adapt to setup or service changes, communicate issues promptly.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety and sanitation procedures and operate/transport equipment safely with licensed drivers.
