Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) is seeking an Event Logistics Coordinator in Fishers, IN to manage on-site event setup, service, and teardown. You will load and unload equipment, arrange layouts, and collaborate with the Banquet Captain and onsite supervisor to execute event instructions.

The role requires physical stamina, a team-focused attitude, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel for offsite events. Prior event experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel for offsite events.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces, arranging tables, chairs, stations, and decor according to layout.
• Transport food, supplies, and equipment between kitchen and event space; maintain cleanliness throughout.
• Support event team with service tasks and pre-packing as needed while ensuring professional appearance.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and company procedures during setup, service, and teardown; report issues promptly.
