Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Special Events - Work Crew member to assist in the setup and breakdown of events such as illumination, concerts, exhibitions, and corporate gatherings. The role emphasizes world-class guest service, teamwork, and safety while supporting the department and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior experience with event/exhibit setup and illumination preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing world class guest service.
• Solid interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; must convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and breakdown of events and exhibitions.
• Properly and safely operate a box truck.
• Provide friendly, professional service to internal customers and guests.
• Setup rental equipment and ensure quality meets company expectations.
• Follow directions from work orders, emails, or calls.
• Rigging items up to 25lbs and power up to 20 amps.
• Safely operate a warehouse forklift.
• Operate a scissor and/or boom lift up to 30' as required.
