Harvest Advertising Inc. is seeking a dependable Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces, organize materials, and support on-site operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

You will set up tables and displays, move equipment safely, and ensure spaces are clean and ready for attendees. No heavy experience required; reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn are valued in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Hands-on duties and moving around event spaces.
• Good organizational skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience in event setup or hospitality is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, signage, displays and promotional materials.
• Organize and prepare supplies before activities.
• Assist with moving and arranging equipment safely.
• Ensure event areas are clean, orderly and ready for attendees.
• Check displays and materials are arranged as instructed.
• Replenish supplies and maintain organized spaces during activities.
• Support staff with setup and logistical needs.
• Pack, sort and store equipment after events.
• Report missing supplies or damaged equipment to the team.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
