BEST Crowd Management is seeking energetic Event Services Staff for the Sun Bowl in El Paso, TX. You will help create positive attendee experiences by delivering friendly service and assisting with event logistics.

The role is part-time and requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and reliability to help keep events safe and enjoyable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Customer service or event-related experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting attendees.
• Assist with event setup and signage placement.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Direct attendees to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd control to maintain safety.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold professionalism.
