BEST Crowd Management in El Paso, TX is seeking an Event Staff & Security professional to join our team for a part-time role. You will blend event staffing with on-site security to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for attendees.

Responsibilities include setup, access monitoring, assisting attendees, and coordinating with staff to maintain a secure environment. Must be 18+, HS diploma, strong communication, able to stand long hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and equipment arrangements.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks; prevent unauthorized entry.
• Provide friendly, helpful information to attendees and directions.
• Collaborate with event staff and security to maintain safety.
• Assist in crowd management and control of entry/exit points.
• Respond to incidents following established protocols.
• Enforce event rules and safety procedures.
• Handle attendee complaints calmly and professionally.
• Adhere to company policies and deliver high standard service and security.
