Job summary

Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) seeks a dedicated security professional to protect the ROCK Complex, its assets, employees and guests. You will control access, monitor alarms, and respond swiftly to security incidents with professional communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in security, basic CCTV/access control knowledge, and the ability to obtain a Level 2 Security License. Flexibility for long shifts including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of security experience or related field.
• Basic understanding of CCTV, access control and related equipment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Ability to obtain a Level 2 Security License and Certification.
• Willingness to work long and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Regulate and control access to restricted areas (event level, docks, locker rooms, executive spaces).
• Monitor, patrol, and respond to alarms and emergencies inside and around the ROCK complex.
• Communicate with VIPs and visitors, provide information, and coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Prepare incident/accident reports and document situations clearly in writing.
• Identify safety concerns, promote safety awareness, and enforce guidelines.
